Alejandro (Alex) Ortiz Villanueva

Alex Ortiz Villanueva is our Office Administrator/Reception at the Beaverton office. He is responsible for answering phones, handling UA samples and information ensuring accurate chain of custody process for labeling and forwarding all collections to our labs. Additionally, he assists with intakes, office operations, inventory and related activities. Alex provides services in English and Spanish.

 

 

Cristina Sanchez

Cristina Sanchez is our Office Administrator/Reception at the Hillsboro office. Gerardo (Geo) Chavez

Geo Chavez is our Intake Coordinator at the Hillsboro office. He answers questions regarding the program, schedules appointments, coordinates with referral sources, insurances, labs etc. for new clients. He assists clients with grant funding/reduced fee applications. He also assists with back office functions including inventory and purchasing. Geo provides services in English and Spanish.

“I’m originally from Portland and proud of my Mexican roots. I’ve worked in busy lobbies and team-based roles where I’ve learned patience, how to really listen, and how to keep things moving smoothly. I enjoy making things run well while keeping a positive attitude. Outside of work, I’m a big family guy, Mustang enthusiast, and sports fan who’s always up for a good game or a weekend drive.”

 

Javier Vega Ortiz

Javier Vega Ortiz, CRM-II, CADC-I,  is our Office Administrator. He answers questions regarding the program, schedules appointments, coordinates with referral sources, insurances, labs etc. for new clients. He assists clients with grant funding/reduced fee applications. He also assists with back office functions including inventory and purchasing. Javier provides services in English and Spanish.

 

 

Leticia Saiz

Leticia Saiz is our Admin Supervisor. She manage all the back office functions including intake coordination, office administration, purchasing and inventory. Her team is responsible for managing and accommodating all client requests to ensure our goal of “client delight” is met. Additionally, her team ensures that the office is an inviting and comfortable environment for our staff.  Leticia provides services in English and Spanish.

Melina Torres
