Position Type: Full-Time (40 hours/week) | Exempt
Salary Range: $70,000–$105,000 annually

About Us
Solutions Group NW is starting up a community-focused culturally specific outpatient mental health health clinic dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based mental health services to adults, ages 18 and above in English and Spanish. We are committed to creating a collaborative, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive environment where both clients and staff can thrive. Solutions Group NW currently offers outpatient substance use disorder treatment, problem gambling treatment, and peer mentoring services in two locations in Washington County.
Position Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Bilingual Mental Health Therapist to join our outpatient clinical team. This position provides assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, individual, family, and group therapy services to adults in Spanish experiencing a variety of behavioral health concerns.
We welcome applicants who are either:
- Qualified Mental Health Professionals (QMHPs) eligible to practice in Oregon; or
- Registered Associate working towards licensure.
- Oregon licensed behavioral health clinicians (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, Licensed Psychologist, or other qualifying independent behavioral health licenses).
Clinical supervision will be available for qualified associates working toward independent licensure.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments and biopsychosocial evaluations.
- Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients.
- Provide individual, family, couples, and group psychotherapy using evidence-based practices.
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with Oregon Administrative Rules, Medicaid, and payer requirements.
- Complete risk assessments and develop safety plans as clinically indicated.
- Coordinate care with primary care providers, community partners, and other treatment providers.
- Participate in interdisciplinary treatment team meetings and case consultation.
- Maintain ethical and professional standards in accordance with applicable licensing boards and agency policies.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ongoing professional development.
- Perform crisis intervention and stabilization as needed.
Minimum Qualifications
Required
- Master’s degree in counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related behavioral health field.
- Meets Oregon qualifications as a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) or holds one of the following Oregon licenses:
- Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
- Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
- Licensed Psychologist
- Other qualifying Oregon behavioral health license
- Associate-registered, actively earning supervised hours toward licensure
- Bilingual or multilingual skills.
- Experience providing behavioral health assessment and psychotherapy.
- Knowledge of DSM-5 diagnostic criteria.
- Strong documentation and organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary team
