All services are provided by appointment only with 24-hour cancellation policy. The services we currently provide include the following:

Addiction Assessments
Using the ASAM Criteria established by the American Society of Addiction Medicine, we deliver comprehensive, evidence-based assessments to guide appropriate treatment placement for individuals with substance use and co-occurring disorders.
DUII Approved Provider
Our DUII Education and Rehabilitation Program provides individuals with substance use disorders the opportunity to address underlying substance-related issues while participating in treatment under coordinated judicial supervision.

Outpatient Treatment
Our outpatient programs offer flexible levels of care, including Outpatient and Intensive Outpatient services, with targeted treatment tracks for marijuana, alcohol, and other substance use disorders to support lasting recovery.

Medically Assisted Treatment
We ensure continuity of care for individuals with opioid use disorder or substance use disorder combining pharmacological treatment (medications) with behavioral treatment that is tailored to each client’s unique needs.

Continuing Care
Provide a structured, ongoing recovery support process that follows primary SUD treatment, helping clients maintain progress through continued clinical services, recovery supports, and connection to community resources.

Peer Support
Our peers use their lived experience to offer compassionate emotional, social, and practical support. By building on shared understanding, they foster supportive environments that help individuals find hope, navigate systems, set goals, develop skills, and connect with vital resources.

Case Management
We help clients navigate the recovery system through coordinated care that assesses needs, creates personalized plans, connects them to services, provides advocacy, and tracks progress to support lasting recovery.
